How long does a custom door take to build and install?
Most custom door projects are completed within 2–4 weeks from your approved quote, depending on material availability and complexity. We’ll give you an accurate timeframe at your free consultation.
What materials can I choose from?
We work with Acrylic (transparent, translucent, or matt), Alucobond aluminium composite panels, and Aliwood timber-finish aluminium cladding. We can also work with Colorbond steel and standard panel profiles if you want a custom size in a standard finish.
Can you build a door for a very oversized or unusually shaped opening?
Absolutely — that’s exactly what we specialise in. We regularly build doors for openings that standard manufacturers turn away. If you can describe it, we can almost certainly build it. Bring us your challenge and we’ll find the solution.
Is the measure and quote really free?
Yes — completely free, with no obligation. We come to your Melbourne home, take precise measurements, discuss your options, and provide a full written quote. If you choose not to proceed, there’s no charge and no pressure.
Do you include the motor and automaton?
Yes — we can include a motorised opener as part of your installation package. We supply and install openers from Merlin, ATA, Superlift, and B&D, and commission the automation as part of the install so everything works perfectly from day one.
